Meeting adjourned at 3:45 P.M.

The adjourned meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called
to order by the Mayor, Chas. G. Baker, at 7:30 P.M. Councilmen pre-
sent were Stan Minkler, A.W.Thies, Rudolf W. Hegel, A.G.Radford and
14 elvin Watkins.
The bids on the fire truck were taken up and condidered, that
of L.N.Curtis Sons, Howard Cooper Corp. and Nelson Equipment Co.
Roll call showed each Councilman voting to accept the bid of Howard
Cooper Corp. A letter from the Tukwila Fire Dept. recommended this
bid also. Mr. W.E.Peet,representative of Howard- Cooper Corp., agreed
Sro several minor changes in the Specifications. It was moved and
carried the Clerk draw up a Resolution, No. 92, accepting the bid of
the Howard Cooper Corp. of one 750 G P M Model Z F Hale Pump w /Push
Button 'Amin at a total price of w18,510.00,plus 3% sales tax, with
interest at 5 terms of payment agreed upon.
The Clerk reported a letter had been sent to Mr. Virgil Waldon
regarding the junk on his property. Mr. Minkler promised to check on
this matter.
