The regular meetin:: of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
was called to order by the Mayor, Chas. O. Baker, at P.'i.
Councilmen present were Stan Minkler, Joe Aliment, Vic North and
A.H.Heemink.
The minutes of y} e Oct.4th. meeting: were read and approved as
read.
A letter from the State Highway Dept. was read. It stated
they were not permitted to furnish such service in an incorporated
Town.
A letter from the State Highway Dept. relative to signs,was
read. They will supply the Town with the requested signs when
material is received.
It was moved and carried tLe Clerk write to Anholt,
stating the Town must have a copy of the weight form in accordance
with the Quarry Ordinance.
A petition was presented to the Council requestin a Kennel
permit be denied the Dory Kennel and the removal of the existing
Kennel. The petition carried 22 signatures. It was :roved and
carried the petition be grahted and the owner be given CO days
th clear out the Kennel.
A letter from DeWitt C. Griffin was read It was a final
estimate on the Street Improvemen4s completed by the Washington
Asphalt Co. Final figures were ,6,28.40. It was moved and
carried to accept this work, and the final estimate.
Current bills were presented and upon :notion ordered paid.

It was moved and carried to place a sign on the building
on 56 So.,erected by Mr. Browning, stating the building is
condemned as a dwelling.

The report of the Water Dept. was read and placed on file.
Mr. Minkler reported 1 building permit issued in October.
It was moved and carried to secure a suitable place with
large lettering where Ordinances of the Town may be posted.
Mr. Baker reported raised in the Town of Tukwila for
the Community Chest.

Mr. L.E.Johnson complained of the Trailer on property behind
his home, stating the occupant was a nuisance« It was :.owed and
carried the owner be advised of this fact and that by ordinance
trailers are ntt permitted as dwellongs in the Town of Tukwila.
and giving the owner 10 days in which to remove the trailer from
the property.
