The regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Tukwila was called
to order by Mayor Walkup with the following Councilmen present:
J. R. Naylor, J. S. Storey, Eli Thomsen, D. S. Duggan.
The report of the Water Superintendent was read and approved.
The Treasurer's report for September was read and approved.
Upon motion the following bills were approved:
Current Expense Fund:
R. E. Latimer, Salary clerk $10.00
Samuel Neal, Salary Treas. 6.25
B. A. Foreman, Hall rent 2.50 18.25
Current Street Land:
R. E. Latimer, Salary St. Supt $35.00
Roy Rector, Gas and oil 6.05
John Dower Lumber co. Lumber and nails 13.51
Schwabacher Hdw. Co. To correct discount .94
Current later Fund:
R. E. Latimer, Sal. Water Supt.& Eat. $30.48
Alice Neal, Sal. Water Coil. 5.00
City of Seattle, Water Service 98.50
Schwabacher Hdw.Co., To Correct Disc. .25 134.23
Alinel action on the budget for the year 1938 was postponed until
thehptr valuation could be obtained from the county Assessor.
On motion Council was redessed at 8 :15, subject to the call of
the Mayor.
