ORDINANCE NO. 9
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 1986 BUDGET ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1375
OF THE CITY, PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER
16, 1985, AND RE- ADOPTED PER ORDINANCE NO. 1377, ON
JANUARY 13, 1986, TO APPROPRIATE UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES AND TO REALLOCATE BUDGETED 1986 REVENUES IN
THE GOLF COURSE SPECIAL REVENUE; CITY STREET; AND LAND
ACQUISITION, BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT FUNDS: AND TO
PROVIDE GOLF COURSE, STREET, AND PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND
ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1986 budget, the amount
for easements from Metro for the Effluent Transfer System (ETS) was unknown,
and
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1986 budget, street and
park projects associated with the ETS project were unknown, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it desireable to appropriate antici-
pated revenues for golf course, street, and park projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The final budget for the fiscal year, 1986, as adopted by
Ordinance No. 1375, passed by the City Council on December 16, 1985, and re-
adopted per Ordinance No. 1377, on January 13, 1986, is hereby amended to read
as follows:

TOTAL EXPENDITURES
Section 2. Ordinance No. 1375, passed by the City Council on
December 16, 1985, and re- adopted per Ordinance No. 1377 on January 13, 1986,
is hereby amended by revising the summary of totals of estimated revenues and
appropriations for each separate fund and the aggregate total of all such
funds combined incorporated in said ordinance to reflect the foregoing
increases in revenues and appropriations as set forth in Section 1 of this
ordinance.
Section 3. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and instructed
to effectuate the necessary changes to the 1986 budget and to make all
necessary and appropriate line item entries and adjustments in order to
reflect the increases to revenues and appropriations as set forth in this
ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5)
days after passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
regular meeting thereof this /9 day of ,V7i 1986.
