Tukwila, Wash., May 31 1924
The adjourned session of the regular monthly meeting of the

the above date at 8:50 P. M. There were present Mayor E.F. Greene,
Councilmen W.F. Engel, F.J. Klein and H.E. Ives; M.L. Holmes and
J.C. Wickman being absent.
Councilman Klein reported that he had advertised for bids
for gravelling the various streets and had accepted the bid of the
Renton Sand Gravel Co. at $2.00 per yard. They have proceeded wit]
the work and although it is not completed, he advised waiting until
fall with the remainder. He also stated that the sidewalk repairs
adjoining Mr. Walsh's property had been completed and that several
drains on the dtreets had been fixed although some cement was needed
to complete this latter work. The Mayor then authorized him to get
the cement and see that the work was completed.
Councilman Ives reported that he had investigated the com-
plaint filed by Mr. Gott at the former meeting but did not care to
make a report at this time. The Mayor excused this committee from
further duty and stated that the matter would be referred to the new
Council.
