Special Meeting of the Council was called to
order by the Mayor. Upon roll call Councilmember
Wallenberg and Klein answering to their names.
No quorum being present the Council was
unable to transact any official business.
It was decided to adjourn the meeting to Friday
night on December 20, 1918. councilmember Klein
putting the motion.
