Accept turnover of storm drainage system and street infrastructure as part of the development at the Department of Homeland Security, Seattle District Office facility, within and adjacent to South 126th Street and 34th Avenue South, site address: 12400 Tukwila International Boulevard; authorize release of retainage, subject to the standard claim and lien release procedures (value of transferred assets: $72,105.72). d. Accept turnover of storm drainage system, traffic signal and street infrastructure as part of the development at the Department of Homeland Security, Seattle District Office facility, within and adjacent to Tukwila International Boulevard; authorize release of retainage, subject to the standard claim and lien release procedures (value of transferred assets: $345,132.59). 5. UNFINISHED a. A resolution opposing national telecommunications legislation. BUSINESS b. A proposed resolution supporting the formation of a Valley Cities Association with the Cities of Auburn, Algona, Fife, Kent, Pacific, Puyallup, Renton, and Sumner. c.
