HomeMy WebLinkAbout1917-01-12 Special MinutesTukwila Washington January 12, 1917 Special Meeting held in Lutz Hall. Mayor Stevens called the meeting to order. The following Councilmembers Kassner Hemmick Erickson Wallenberg. Mayor stated that the object of the meeting was for the purpose of receiving protests from any of the owners of property abutting on the new Main STreet viaduct and to pass an ordinance providing for the assessment of the various sums against the property. A communication was ready by the Clerk by Mr. Ed White. Mer. Ed White and Mrs. Demerey protesting the assessment. Motion by Councilmember Wallenberg that the protest be placed on file. The ordinance providing for the assessment was read by the Clerk. Motion by Councilmember Kassner seconded by Councilmember Erickson that the ordinance approving the assessment roll be read by Title and placed upon its final passage. Motion carried. Roll call showed the following votes: Councilmember Kassner Hemmick Erickson Wallenberg all yes. Mayor declared the ordinance passed. Ordinance 65 Meeting adjourned. Joseph Hozack Clerk
