Accept as complete the Green River Valley Signal Interconnect Project with Totem Electric of Tacoma, Inc.; authorize release of retainage subject to the standard claim and hen release procedures (Final contract cost: $189,798.37.) 8 BID AWARD Award a contract to Long Painting Co. in the amount of $55,056.77 for the High Performance Coating (painting) project of the Tukwila pool building (Award includes a 10% contingency and Washington State sales tax.) Council motion approving the organizational restructure of BUSINESS the Police Department, resulting in the reclassification of the Police Lieutenant and Captain positions to Police Commander and Assistant Police Chief. (Refer to 7/25/05 COW agenda packet.) b. Authorize the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement with Timothy O'Brien (lessor) for lease of the property located at 14661 Tukwila International Boulevard (Neighborhood Resource Center) for the term of 18 months beginning August 1, 2005. (Refer to 7/25/05 COW agenda packet.) c. Authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement with King County regarding the Trans Valley Intelligent Transpor- tation System. (Refer to 7/25/05 COW agenda packet.) d. Zoning Code amendments. (1) An ordinance amending the Tukwila Municipal Code, clarifying and updating Zoning Code provisions defining manufactured housing, lot, site and use, and disallowing residential plats in commercial zones.
