1. CALL TO ORDER/ PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/ ROLL CALL
2. APPOINTMENTS Sister Cities Committee:
Mike Easter, Position #4, term expires 12- 31 -06.
Billy Georgiadis, Position #7, term expires 12 -31 -06
(moved from Position #1 due to relocation).
3. CITIZEN At this time, you are invited to comment on items not included on
COMMENT this agenda. To comment on an item listed on this agenda, please

4. CONSENT a. Approval of Minutes. 6 -6 -05 (Regular).
AGENDA b. Approval of Vouchers.
c. Authorize Mayor to sign Supplement #1 to AG05 -039, with
W H Pacific, Inc., in the amount of $50,970.85, for construction
management services related to the 2005 Overlay Program
(refer to 6 -13 -05 COW agenda packet).
5. PUBLIC Proposed Sign Code amendments regarding scoreboards, animated
HEARING signs at public facilities, signs not visible from adjacent businesses
and rights -of -way, and signs located at museums.
6. BID AWARD Award a construction bid to Western Asphalt, Inc.,
in the amount of $635,847.09, for the 2005 Overlay Program
(refer to 6 -13 -05 COW agenda packet).
7. UNFINISHED a. Resolution adopting the 2006-2011 Transportation Improvement
BUSINESS Program.
b. A motion approving an increase in the Marketing and
Communications Coordinator position from 0.6 time to full time;
and eliminating the Administrative Support Assistant position to
replace it with an Administrative Support Specialist position
(refer to 6 -13 -05 COW agenda packet).
c. A resolution establishing a Community Pride Award.
