2. CONSENT AGENDA Approval of vouchers.
3. UNFINISHED a. Authorize Mayor to sign a consultant agreement with Cascade
BUSINESS Land Conservancy in the amount of $60,000 for Phase I planning,
funds and site development of the Duwamish Riverbend Hill site
(see Item 4.a. above).
b. Authorize Mayor to sign a contract with Securitas Security Services,
USA, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $45,000 for the provision of
security services for the Tukwila Municipal Court
(see Item 4.b. above).
