SPONSOR'S For better security and safety for City employees and gaining control over the quantity of
SUMMARY keys, staff is proposing to install a security card and badging system for City Hall and the
6300 Building. The system can be expanded to all other City facilities that are approved for
qualified access authorization. Three quotes were received from security vendors and the
low bid came from Custom Security Systems at $83,883.10. Recommend award low bidder
as we have worked with Custom Security Systems in the past and they have a clear
understanding of our facilities.
