Phase I Street Trees Project; authorize release of retainage,
subject to the standard claim and lien release procedures
(final cost of project, including retainage: $97,690.44).
5. UNFINISHED a. Resolution rejecting all bids submitted for the Allentown/Foster
BUSINESS Point Water and Sewer Improvements Project.
b. An ordinance vacating Maule Avenue South from the southerly
margin of South 143rd Place to the northerly margin of South
144th Street.
