SPONSOR'S A developer (PCP) is interested in constructing an approximate 300 -unit mixed -use
SUMMARY residential development with approximately 5,000 square feet of retail space. A public
hearing is set for April 4, 2005. Upon closing the public hearing and post Council
deliberation, Council is being asked to make a motion authorizing the Mayor to sign the
proposed development agreement (copy attached).
