SPONSOR'S In December 2004, KPG began design of the Cascade View Drainage Improvement Project.
SUMMIARY Final design is complete and the bid award for construction is underway. This supplement
is for KPG to perform construction management services for a fee not to exceed
$49,923.60. The majority of the construction management will be completed in- house.
