5. CONSENT a. Approval of Vouchers.
AGENDA b. Accept as complete the 2003 small drainage project with D.L.
Asahara Co., Inc.; authorize release of retainage bond subject to
the standard claim and lien release procedures (final cost of
project: $273,984.27).
c. Accept as complete the generator installation at the Emergency
Operations Center project with Pride Electric, Inc.; authorize
release of retainage subject to the standard claim and lien
release procedures (final cost of project: $77,193.60).
d. Accept as complete the Boeing access road bridge deck
rehabilitation project with Concrete Barrier, Inc.; authorize
release of retainage subject to the standard claim and lien
release procedures (final cost of project: $50.9,478.93).

6. NEW BUSINESS a. Authorize Mayor to sign the 2005 service contract with the
Southwest King County Chamber of Commerce in the amount
of $20,000.00.
b. Allentown /Foster Point water and sewer improvement project
cost saving measures.
c. Southcenter Parkway extension and South 178th Street
realignment. Authorize the appropriation of $500,000.00 from
the ending fund balance for additional design of the Tukwila
Valley South project (supplement to David Evans' contract
#04 -025).
d. Labor contracts (distributed under separate cover):
Authorize the Mayor to sign the Labor Agreement between
the City of Tukwila and the Tukwila Police Officers' Guild
for the period January 1, 2004 December 31, 2004.
Authorize the Mayor to sign the Labor Agreement between
the City of Tukwila and the Tukwila Police Officers' Guild
for the period January 1, 2005 December 31, 2007.
Authorize the Mayor to sign the Labor Agreement between
the City of Tukwila and Firefighters Local No. 2088 for the
period January 1, 2005 December 31, 2007.
