b. Approval of Vouchers.
a. An ordinance renewing a moratorium relative to transit-
oriented development (TOD) areas.
b. Authorize Mayor to sign a contract with Huckell vVeinman
Associates (HWA), Inc., in the amount of $39,072.01 for
preparation of a supplemental Environmental Impact Statement
and Planned Action Ordinance for the Tukwila Urban Center.
Consideration of request to accept 10% Request for Annexation,
received from LaPianta, LLC {Petitioner: Mark A. Segale, Vice
President}.
