The Regular Meeting of the Town Council was
called to order at 8:30 PM at Lutz Hall.
Councilmembers present were:
Stewart Sandahl and Lutz
Mayor Hall presided.
The minutes of the previous meeting were
read and approved.
Special Committees
The committee who had the surveying of the
school road in charge reported that it won't
be too costly to proceed.
The committee on road inspection who were
to meet on Sunday preceding this meeting
through some misunderstanding never met
and so had nothing to report.
The Street Supervisor gave report of work done
to date. Same ordered placed on file.
The following bills were ordered paid:

A. Dollar $38.50 L.L. Durbin $16.80 Caroline Lutz
Russ Lambert $6.00 J. Smith $72.38 John O. Wold
A. Stein $6.00 Angle Lake $27.00

Total for above $262.83
New Business
The Clerk was instructed to notify Poundmaster
to impound all dogs without a
license after June 1st and Poundmaster to
post notice to that effect.
Mr. Stewart informed the Council
he surveyed the strip of land known as
Norman's Land on his own look and
established his right to the part of it which he
always claimed.
Mr. Stewart also renewed his offer of
a 20 foot strip for road purposes.
Motion was made and carried that Street
Committee immediately take steps to acquire 40 feet
of land for street purposes.
Motion was also amde and carried that
upon completion of that road of the Town is
not enmeshed in any legal entanglements, the
Town of Tukwila pay Mr. stewart for the surveying.
Complaint was heard that the turnstile
near Mr. Gilliland's is continually being destroyed
and as a consequence get in Mr. Weiderman's field
and destroy trees. The Street Superintendent was instructed to
look into the matter and fix the turnstile in a
satisfactory manner.
Motion made and carried that Council meet on
May 15th for a tour of Street inspection and make approrpriation
if found necessary. Motion made and passed that sidewalks
be included in above inspection tour. Adjourned at
10:30 PM
