a. Approval of Minutes: 9-20-04 (Regular); 10-4-04 (Regular); 10-18-04 (Regular);
and 10-18-04 (Special).
b. Approval of Vouchers.
c. Accept as complete the 2004 Overlay Program with Watson Asphalt Paving
Co., Inc.;authorize release of retainage subject to the standard claim and
lien release procedures (final cost of project: $762,473.38, including retainage).
An ordinance modifying the City's standards for cargo containers in zones and
amending the appeal process regarding placement of cargo containers.
a. Authorize Mayor to sign an amendment to Contract #96-110(A) with
Kirshenbaum and Goss, Inc., P.S., for public defender services.*
b. An ordinance establishing a process for attaching tax liens and recovering
costs to recoup abatement costs.
c. A resolution committing to initiate an annexation process in conjunction
with Tukwila Valley South annexation.
d. Authorize Mayor to signa supplement to Contract #03-069(A) with
ECONorthwest for services related to the Tukwila Urban Center (TUC). *
e. Authorize Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with King County Rural
Library District for library services. *
f. Proposed amendments to the "Natural Environment" chapter of the
Tukwila Comprehensive Plan, and revisions to the "Sensitive Areas"

g.. Continuation of Proposed 2005 Budget Review.
