Alan prefers that the entire.CIP hereviewed, and since committees won't be finished reviewing
their CIPs for two weeks, we'll work on budgets that have been reviewed. You can get as far as
you like on the following budgets. We currently plan to have two extra Tuesday budget
meetings. They were planned forNovember 9th and 16th, but as there is an open house on
Cascade Vievvdrainage November 9th we will try to reschedule that meeting. Can you meet at
5:000n Wednesday, November loth?
Tonight's review will only involve one department (Police). Alan wanted to prevent people
staying until late whic~is when the budget review is generally done.
