ORDINANCE NO. /3' VC
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING TMC 14.16.030(6) PENALTY CHARGES AND SECTION
1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 934 RELATING TO CHARGES FOR SEWER
SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the current rate for penalty billings is insufficient to
cover direct costs, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have rates in conformance with
cost of services.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
TMC 14.16.030 (6) and Section 1 of Ordinance No. 934 are hereby
amended to read as follows:
(6) Penalty Charge. There shall be a penalty charge of -ft-y —cents-
two dollars ($2.00) per month on sewer acounts more than thirty
days in arrears.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a
