A mt AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
100 n ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1986 AND REPEALING ORDINANCE #1375.
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Budget of the City of Tukwila for the year
1986 was timely submitted to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the proposed budget was advertised and
held on December 2, 1985, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the hearing, certain changes were made in the
proposed budget, and
WHEREAS, certain changes were approved by the City Council, but inad-
vertently omitted from the City Street Fund totals as reflected in Ordinance
#1375 adopted on December 16, 1985.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the budget on file with the City Clerk entitled
"City of Tukwila Budget, 1986" is hereby adopted by reference as though fully
set forth in accordance with RCW 35A.33.075.
Section 2. The totals of the estimated revenues and appropriations
for each separate fund, including Federal Shared Revenue, and the aggregate
totals are as follows:

Section 3. A complete copy of the final budget for 1986, as adopted,
together with a copy of this adopting ordinance shall be transmitted by the
City Clerk to the Division of Municipal Corporations of the Office of the
State Auditor and to the Association of Washington Cities.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published in the official
newspaper of the City, and shall take effect and be in full force five (5)
days after the date of publication provided that the changes in the budget
reflected in this ordinance shall be retroactive to January 1, 1986.
