SPONSOR'S Accept turnover of the Westfield Mall's traffic signal and street improvements, water main
SUMMARY and water meters, sanitary sewer and dedication of right -of -way from WEA Southcenter,
Inc. The infrastructure is valued at $365,039.98. The dedication of right -of -way is
pursuant to the development agreement and Westfield has received a credit in the amount
of $846,240.00 against the traffic impact fees for the TUC Access (Klickitat) Project.
Council is requested to accept turnover and dedication of right -of -way.
