I am pleased to forward to you the application of Bonnie Mullet. Ms. Mullet has applied for
membership on the Sister Cities Committee and we would like her to fill the current vacancy in
Position #6, the School District position that has been vacant since Karen Adair left the position
in December of 2002. Ms. Mullet is Office Manager at Cascade View Elementary School.
Unless I hear otherwise from the Council before May 31 I will be inviting Ms. Mullet to the
Regular City Council Meeting on Monday, June 7, 2004 to have her appointment confirmed.
