Sponsor's Summary: In December 2003, KPG began design of the 2004 Overlay and Repair Program. Final design
is complete and the bid award for eonstruetiun is underway. This supplement is for KPG to
perform construction management services for the overlay program for a fee not to exceed
$108,112.60.
Recommendations:
Sponsor: Authorize the Mayor to sign supplement with KPG, Inc.
Committee: Authorize Mayor to sign supplement and forward to COW for information only.
As a supplement to an existing contract, no formal action is needed by Council.
Administration: Same as Sponsor.
Cost Impact (if known): $108,112.60 for a new contract amount of $176,636.39
Fund Source (if known): 104.02 Commercial Streets (pg. 42 2004 CIP)
