Mullet, Mayor Subject: Annual Comprehensive Plan Amendments for 2004. The City Council was briefed on March 1, 2004, on the three proposed annual amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. A public meeting is scheduled for March 15, 2004 to receive input on the proposed amendments. After the public meeting, the City Council will decide which proposed amendments will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for further consideration. Staff's recommendation on each of the proposed amendment is contained in the staff report that was distributed for March 1, 2004, meeting. If the proposed amendments are forwarded to the Planning Commission for further review and recommendation, the Council will review the Planning Commission's recommendation, hold a public hearing and make the fmal decision.
