This is an unexpired term, with the position expiring on March 31, 2005. I am pleased to forward to you the application of Richard Simpson. Mr. Simpson has applied for membership on the Community Police Advisory Board and we would like him to fill the current vacancy in Position #5. This is an unexpired term, with the position expiring on March 31, 2007.
