The regular meeting of the Tomn Council was held at Lutz'
Mall on the above date, being order milled tc order by the :wyor at the
hour of 8:10 P.M.

In the absence of the Clerk, 1'.E.Lutz ,,has appointed Clerk
Pro tern.

read and approved.
Reports of Committees:
Street Committee; ork on Tuk-;dile. Avenue no,•T completed. wore
work needed on P•iverside "venue not immediately can be done
later. Bluff Street has be--n exalmined, and work should be drone
as soor as property o,;rnere lay sidewalk.

ing for first reading.

Unfinished Business: Motion roade nd seconded that va-rant_ for c:10.30
in favor of the County Treaszkrer be t and rent to hire for

was for auditing the Town gooks, v.nd had previOusl_y been
raid by the County Treasurer.
,Crdirances 37 and 38 -read. roved, seconded and carried that
an emergency existed and that Ordinance No. 37, relating to the
tax levy for 1914 be passed on its first reading. 111oved, seconded
and carried that Ordinance N o. 38 be passed in regular ra:nr?e }r.
