I desire also at this time to make the following Supplementary Report:
Our Attorney informs me that in the matter of the attempt to
Disincorporate, the case was again called on Friday, May 9th, before
-Judge Smith, who sustained our Demurrer to their Alternative grit of
Mandate. This puts them out of Court,.unless they wish to make an
entirely new application, or unless they decide to appeal to the
SMpreme Court, Judge Smith, however, has put himself on record as
sustaining our contention THAT TH1'Y MUST SHOIJ A MAJORI`a'Y OF THE RLGIS-
TERED VOTERS AT THE TIM, OF THE LAST GRINERAL I and also that
THEY MUST PROVE THAT EVERY SIGNIM TO THEIR PPiITION IM PRE REGISTERI D,
LEGALLY, BEFORE THEY SI GNT-D SAID PETITION.
Respectfully submitted,
Ea r of r the Town of Tukwila.
