5. CONSENT AGENDA I Approval of Vouchers.
6. UNFINISHED a. Authorize Mayor to sign a contract with Selectron
BUSINESS Technologies, Inc., in the amount of $34,900.00 for purchase
of VoicePermits Interactive Voice Response Base System (see
10/27/03 packet for contract).
b. Authorize Mayor to sign a contract with Charles River
Associates, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00, for
technical review, analysis and advice regarding parking
demand and transportation impacts related to the proposed
Link Light Rail System (see 10/27/03 packet for contract).
c. Continued review of 2004 Proposed Budget (please bring your
2004 Proposed Budget).
7. NEW a. Authorize Mayor to sign an agreement with KPG, Inc., in the
BUSINESS amount of $512,005.18 for Plans, Specifications, and Estimate
(PS &E) for the Cascade View Drainage Improvements
Project.
