The regular Meeting of the Town Council was held on the above date at Lutz' Hall, Meeting teas called to order by the Mayor at the hour of 8:15 P,M. There were Present: J. M. Hall, Mayor E. W. Engle, JP. E. Lutz, D. F. Williams, Councilmen. s E. E. Lutz appointed Clerk-Pro Tem in the absence of the Clerk. Minutes of last regular and special meetings read and approved after correcting to include J.J.Terry as one of the Councilmen present at Special meeting. Reports of Committees: Fire, Water Lircht. Report five lights out on account of no globes to replace defective ones. Streets and Alleys. No report. City Property. Nothing done, No report. Bills Communisations, The following bills were read: Mrs, Caroline Lutz, a2.0b; S.M.Chambers, $13.50; E'.F.Greepe, 1.5.50; Total $21:00. There being but one member of the Finance Committee present, motion was made, seconded and carried that the bills be ordered paid. Correspondence with the P.S.E.Ry. was read and ordered on file. Unfinished Business. The mattercf the Petition for Disincor- poration was brought up and after some discussion motion was made and seconded to have clerk send out circulars to all citizens of the town explaining ffally the disincorporation situation. Carried.. New Business. j =atter of installing a time switch in the Electric System brought up. Moved and seconded that the matter be laid over until the system is turned over to the city. Carried. Matter of putting sidewalk on 2nd Avenue brought up. Moved and secobded that town buy plank and have street comittee put down side ,valk. After some discussion as to who should lay the walk, the town or the property owners, amended the motion to read that sidewalk be put over bad holes so that children can get to school. Carried. Platter of a bad road in front of Mr. Stein's place on Tukwila Avenue brought up. Lotion made that the matter be turned over to the street committee to take action. Carried. Mr. Levis appointed by the :mayor as Street Foreman, and the appointment confirmed by the Council. Matter of vacating street next to Railroad track (iga.ule Avenue) brought up. Moved and seconded that the clerk and street committee take up the matter and report at the next meeting. Carried. Matter of a ditch draining Lots on lower Reitz Avenue being blocked brought up. Moved and seconded that the Street Superintendent and Street 'ommi.ttee investigate the matter and report at next meeting. Carried. No further business appearing, meeting adjourned at 9:20 P.M. E F,.
