The regular Monthly Iaeeting of the Toyrn Council seas held in Lutz' Hall on the above date, being, called to order by the Mayor at the hour of 8:15 P.I�i. There were p� resent: J. it, Hall, Ijlayor E Yl. Engel, L. s:. Lutz, E. N. Sandahl, D. F. Williams and J. J. Terry, Councilmen. F,.] !.Lutz appointed Clerk. Einutes of last meeting- were ead and approved after the following eor-ections: Bonds should have been specified as "Surety Bonds". Mr. Lewis uasl lnspector t instead of 'Clerk' o Election Penorts of Committees: Fire, '.rater and Light. No Report. II'verything O.K. Streets and Alleys: Owing to misunderstanding as to pur- chasing supplies nothing has been done;tork will be pushed hereafter. Motion made to accept report; carried. Yo other Renor"to. Bills and Communications: The folloirin_g bills were read and approved and warrants orderdd drwo -n in their pay- vent: Ara. Surety Co. ;25.00 S Lovm:an c; ilani ord 3.00 Caroline Lutz =?.00 R. H. Kassner 5.00 F. Greene 5.O1) Total Communications read and ordered on file. Resignation of R. eiderman as Street Supervisor received and accepted. The In or requested the privilege of deferring the appointment of a Street Superintendent until next meeting. Granted, and care of tools, lumber, etc., turned over to Committee. on streets and alleys. The corn-munica.tion in regard to deed from Ers. Coates was ordered turned over to Clerk for attention. Unfinished Business. Motion made and carried that Committee on Tovrn Property take up the :ratter of constructing a Locker for the safe keeping of papers, books and records of the Town. l.ew Business. Lifter some discussion an amenOWent was made to the foregoing motion, by a motion regularl-y ix de, seconded and carried, that the petition_ be filed tvitl. the Town records, and that the Town Clerk check over the ;_awes appearing on the said petition, to determine whether the requisite number of names of legal voters of the Tovm anreared thereon, and report upon the sa�ie at the next regular meeting. It was moved and seconded that the Clerk be ordered to take the matter up •,i th the Puget Sound Electric R.R.Co. Carried.
