It is my pleasure to submit to you the application of Mr. Steve Miller. Mr. Miller is requesting
appointment to the current vacancy in Position #2 on the Library Advisory Board. This will fill
the vacant unexpired term, which expires on December 31, 2004.
Unless I hear otherwise from members of the Council before September 9th, I will be inviting
Mr. Miller to the Regular City Council Meeting on Monday, September 15, 2003 to have his
appointment confirmed.
