The regular 7 Uonthly Meeting of the Council was held on the above
date in Lutz Hall, being called to order by the Ila.yor at the
hour of 8:10 P.I.

Communications were read and ordered placed on file.
Unfinished Business: .tr. Doty brought up the matter of
C1^.renve Avenue. It was q.scertained that 1,1r. Suew rt had not yet
}gad his survey made. A motion was ,nnde that Ordinance be
dr,i in declasin Clarence Avenue to be a 40 ft. Street. After
some discussion the matter was turned over to the Committee on
Stre and Alleys faith instructions to report at next meeting.

of Idrs. Coatea to rent to the Toan her barn to be used for the
otorage of tools at the rate of "1.00 per mouth; also to be used
as a pound at the rry.te of 10,E per heed per day.
The ayor stated that a.: Idunicipal Election for the ou. -pose

held on Tuesday, December 3rd, 1912, and a pointed I:essro.

instructed the Clerk to post notices of this election at once.
The jUlayor then called Litz to the Chair nd mr-ide a s tate-
ment with regard to the depredations of lv`illie Smith. After some
discussion notion was ;jade and carried that the Clerk lay the
ma.t ter before Judge Frater of the Juvenile Court in Seattle.
_:Ir. Doty called attention to the almost impassable condition
of Riverside '-venue near 11r. ttacDonald's place. A mention was r!;a.de
and carried that Marshal be instructed to put gravel ors this

permit to install and construct a system of Street Lights, the
Name to be turned over, at its completion, to theo;m of '?'ukwila

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a
motion to adjourn was carried. at 9:40 P.M.
