A Special Session of the i =n Council was held upon the above date.
The meeting :bras cal-i ed to order by the Mayor at the hour of 8:10 P.M.
There was no Quorum. The Mayor stated that the meeting had been called
for the purpose of discussing the budget, or tax levy for the season
of 1912 1913. A general discussion of the subject followed until
8:45, when there being a quorum present, meeting was called to order
in regular session.
There were nresent,, Jacob Guntert, Mayor,
Eugene Lutz,
D.A. Williams and
0. A. Santhuff, Councilmen.
The discussion was re- opened, being taken part in by members of
the Council. There being no o?oposition, a motion was made, seconded
and carried to adopt the budget or levy as stated in the notice
el
regularly posted and advertised.
There being no further business, meeting was a.d4ourned at the
hour. of 9:40 P .TA.
