Tukwila, Washington January 9, 1912
Meeting was called to order by E.E. Lutz.
New Council was seated at 8:55 PM.
D.F. Williams was appointed as
temporary Clerk.
Moved and seconded that Councilmember
Gunthert serve as Mayor. Carried.
The resignation of Councilmember
Gunthert was handed in and accepted.
Mayor Gunthert gave a short talk.
Motion made and seconded that J.R.
Gilliland be appointed for Councilmember.
Carried.
A Bill of $125.00 was rescinded by Mr.
Macentine for road work.
Moved and seconded that the matter
of paying Mr. Macentine $125.00 be settled
at the next Regular Meeting.
Moved and seconded we have a mass
meeting January 23rd to discuss the proposed
new land.
Councilmember Lutz was appointed to
see Mr. Groman in regards to paying
for a plow been claimed to have been
broken by the Town last summer.
There being no further Business
the Council adjourned at 9:45 PM.
