Tukwila, Wash., July 14th 1908,:
Present:
Mayor Joel Shomake r
Councilmen:
J. M. Hall
Del Adelphia
R. H. Heath.
John 0. Wold.
at 8 :15 P.M.
Meeting was called to order by the Mayor, Minutes of the
last meeting were read and approved.
Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Mayor was empowered
to appoint a committee, consisting of himself and two members of the
Council, to draft an Ordinance on taxation, and covering.generally
the means of obtaining revenue for conducting tipe business of the
Town.

Upon motion duly made and seconded, and unanimously carried,
the Mayor was empowered to appoint a committee, consisting of himself
and two members of the Council, to draft an Ordinance covering Licensee
of every kind and nature that may come before the Tnwn Authorities
from time to time.

Upon motion duly mach, seconded and unanimously carried,
the Mayor was empowered to appoint a committee to consist of himself
and two members of the Council, to draft an Ordinance governing the__
erection of buildings.

Jno Wold
John M. Wilson.
It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the
Marshal be diredted to temporarily repair the sidewalk, on the Main.
Street Hill, so alto make it safe. So ordered,
Upon motion duly made and seconded, thets�:bein no further
business to transact, meeting was adjourned at the hour of 9 :45 P.M.
to the Second Tuesday in August.
