December 15, 1919.
A Special meeting of the Town Council was held on the above date
at the residence of the mayor.
There were Present: E.F.Greene, Uayor, F. J, Klein, A; J. Erickson,
an3 Heemink, Councilmen, and also C. P. Jensen, Treasurer,
The Plyor stated that this rueeting had been called to diesuse
finances, -and specifically, to consider the feasibility of borrowing
4500.00 from the Bond Issue an4 transferrin it to the General
Fund.
Mr. Lutz, Clerk was absent and F. J. Klein was appointed
Clerk pro tem.
The matter of borrowing this money from the Bond Fund and
transferring to the General Fund was discussed from e& angle
Er. Erickson finally making a motion that &if Ord inan6gA vexing
the transaction be passed, which motion was seconded by Mr. Klein;
whereupon, a vote was taken and the motion carried, Mr. Heemink
not voting. Mr. Jensen took part in the discussion of this matter,
explaining his reason for asking for this loan and pointing out
the advisability of favorable consideration.
