October 15, 1919,
A Special meeting of the Town Council was held on the above date.
There were present:
E. F. Greene, Mayor.
F. J. Klein,
G. W. W and
J. B. Heeminck, Councilmen.
The Mayor stated the meeting had been called at the special request of
citizens of the Flat District of the Town in order that a certain sum of
money agreed to be spent for the Improvement of certain streets on the "Flat"
district should be held by the Town Treasurer intact and spent for that
purpose only.
A resolution in accordance with the above was presented and after some
discussion unaiimously adopted.
No further business appearing meeting adjourned at the hour of 10 :00
o'clock.
