The adjourned meeting cf the Council of the Town of Tukwila was
called to order at the residence of Mr. H. E. Ives by the Mayor at 8 :45 P. M. There
were present Mayor E. P. Green, Councilmen W. F. Engel, C. G. Sanders, and H. E. Ives.
The minutes of the adjourned meeting of July 20th and July 27th, which
were omitted at the last regular meeting, were read by the Clerk and ordered placed
on file.
B ILLS.
The following bills Were read by the Clerk and after being oked by the
Finance Committee It was moved, seconded and carried that they be paid and warrants
drawn for their respective amounts:

The question of graveling various streets throughout the t6Wft was
brought up, and after some discussion it was moved Pd seponded that the Street

Committee be instructed to gravel Tukwila Avenue cc and fai from the corner of
Tukwila Avenue south as far as necessary. Motion carried.
The Town Surveyor's specifications regarding the woez necessary on
Riverside Avenue was considered and discussed at length. It was moved and seconded`
that.the plans be adopted an __w��o��b be commenced as soon as possible in accordan ce
with -the specifications, to be given to the lowest bidder. Motion carried.
Resolution ho. 25 providicg for construction of sidewalks along Warren;
and Riverside Avenues was read by the Clerk. Moved and seconded that the resolution;
be adopted. Motion carried.
No further business occuring the Council adjourned at 10:00 P. M.
