Mayor Mullet called the special meeting to order at 8:57 p.m.
Deputy City Clerk Bob Baker called the roll of Council. Present were: Council President Joan Hernandez; and
Councilmembers Joe Duffle; Pam Carter; Jim Haggerton; Pamela Linder; Dave Fenton and Richard Simpson.
OFFICIALS:
Rhonda Berry, Assistant City Administrator; Steve Karimi, Assistant City Attorney; Alan Doerschel, Finance Director; and
Lucy Lauterbach, Legislative Analyst.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Approval of Vouchers #231855 through #232027 in the amount of $390,729.99
Hernandez moved; Duffie seconded; adoption of the consent agenda, as submitted. The motion carried 7 -0.
OLD BUSINESS:
A resolution ordering the cancellation of outstanding municipal warrants, checks and gift certificates
Duffie moved; Hernandez seconded; reading of the proposed resolution, by title only.
The motion carried
7 -0.
Steve Karimi, Assistant City Attorney, read the title of the proposed resolution.
Duffie moved; Hernandez seconded; acceptance of the proposed resolution, as read.
The motion carried 7 -0.
