CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

II. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. South County Area Transportation Board (SCATBdI April 20, 2010 Meeting Summary
At the request of Committee Member Hernandez, and as information only, staff reported out on the April
20, 2010, SCATBd meeting which was held in SeaTac.
Due to ongoing concerns with State funding issues and the desire to become more competitive in granting
processes, SCATBd is requesting each member jurisdiction make a presentation of their top one or two
transportation items between now and the end of the year. SCATBd is hopeful that this exercise will assist
in formulating the Board's 2011 Legislative Agenda. Additionally, jurisdictions will need to narrow down
top projects, which may lead to the identification of collaborative efforts and needs between jurisdictions.
Per Committee concurrence, the following three Tukwila projects will be submitted to SCATBd as priority
items (listed by importance):
1. Interurban Avenue South (South 143` Street to Fort Dent Way)
2. Boeing Access Road Over BNRR Bridge Replacement
3. South 144 Street Phase II (42 Avenue to Tukwila International Boulevard)
