MEETING MINUTES
Tukwila City Hall
Council Chambers
Council President Jim Haggerton called the Committee of The Whole
Meeting to order and led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.
JOE DUFFIE, JOAN HERNANDEZ, JIM HAGGERTON, Council
President; ALLAN EKBERG, STEVE MULLET, PAM CARTER, PAM
LINDER.
JOHN MCFARLAND, City Administrator; BOB NOE, City Attorney;
ROSS EARNST, Public Works Director; ALAN DOERSCHEL, Finance
Director; STEVE LANCASTER, DCD Director; VIKI WITSCHGER,
Administrative Services Director; DON WILLIAMS, Parks and
Recreation; RON WALDNER, Police Chief; Tom Keefe, Fire Chief;
LUCY LAUTERBACH, Council Analyst.
It was the consensus of the Council to amend the agenda to move
"Citizen's Comments" forward to precede "Special Presentation."
Alan Doerschel presented the Financial Plan Review which included the
General Fund 1997 Budget Analysis by type of expenditure. Information
packets were distributed which contained a summary of each department's
budget. Each Department Head was present and gave a brief summary of
their department budget.
MOVED BY DUFFIE, SECONDED BY HERNANDEZ, TO ADJOURN
E MEETING. MOTION CARRIED.
