SUMMARY
The recently developed park property located at 3800 South 115 Street will be officially
open after the Celebration Event on September 18, 2010. The City has an established Park
Naming Process in Resolution 1400. The Park Commission recommended Duwamish Hill
Preserve. The Community Affairs and Parks Committee recommended Duwamish Hill
Preserve. The Council is being asked to consider and approve the naming of the Park
Property.
