SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Rants called the Special Meeting to order at 9:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Joe Duffie; Joan Hernandez; Pam Linder, Council President; Steve Mullet; Pam
Carter; Jim Haggerton; Dave Fenton.
CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of vouchers: Nos. 204101 through 204250 in the amount of
$222,959.21.
Moved by Duffie, seconded by Carter to approve the Consent Agenda as submitted. Motion
carried 7 -0.
ADJOURNMENT: (9:32 p.m.) Moved by Duffie, seconded by Mullet, the meeting be adjourned.
Motion carried 7 -0.
