ORDINANCE NO. 427

An ordinance accepting a deed of dedication from Puget
Western, Inc., a Washington corporation to a portion of the North-
west quarter of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M.,
for public street and highway purposes.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 That the deed executed on April 28, 1965, by
Puget Western, Inc., a Washington corporation, granting and dedicating
to the City of Tukwila real property situate in the County of King,
and the State of Washington as set forth in said deed of dedication
be and the same is hereby accepted for public street and highway
purposes.
Section 2 This ordinance shall take affect and be in force
five (5) days from its passage, approval and publication as required
by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila this 3rd
day of May, 1965.

Dear Wes:
I am returning herewith the re- executed deed of dedi-
cation to the City of Tukwila on the remaining portion
of Slade Way as requested in your letter of March 19th.
The date has been changed to April 28, 1965, to allow
the City of Tukwila sufficient time to accept same
within the 30 day conditional limit set forth in the
deed.
