Ordinance No. 237
An Ordinance vacating a certain portion of South 141st Street,
in the Town of Tukwila, Washington.
WHEREAS, petitions were filed with the Town Council of the Town
of Tukwila for the vacation of a certain portion of So. 141st.
street, in the Town of Tukwila; and
t7E:4, pursuant to the action of said Council, due notice of
hearing, on said petition was published, as required by law; and
WHEreaS, hearing on said petition was held on June 4, 1956 and
no objection was made to the vacation of the above described
street, as requested in the petition above recited;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUKWILA
that portion of unimproved South 141st street between 55th
Avenue South and 56th Avenue South in the Town of Tukwila be, and
the sane is, hereby vacated.
Passed the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 2nd day
of July 1956
