King County, Washington, lying northerly of a line which extends
northeasterly, perpendicular with the westerly line of 'aid Tract,

Deed dated October 25, 1965, recorded August 28, 1969, under

149th Street, as conveyed by said Deed:.
That certain piece of land 100 feet wide, being 50 feet in width
on each side of the centerline of definite location on the
Seattle- Tacoma Interurban Railway (now Puget Sound Electric
Railway) across that portion of the William H. Gilliam Donation
CD Claim No. 40 lying within the northeast quarter of Section 23,
GO Townebip 23 North, Range 4 Bast, N.H., in King County, Washington,
CD the centerline of said strip of land being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north boundary line of the William H.
Gilliam Donation Claim No. 40 in Section 23, Township 23 Nortb,
