PLAN SUBMITTALS: (Min. size 11x17 to maximum size of 2406; all sheets shall be the same size). (Drawing and structural calculations sheets shall be original signed wet stamp not copied.) 1 The site plan is showing the slope of the driveway to be inconsistent with the site plan for the Water Sewer Lines (WSL), which also show a catch basin in the driveway. Provide a revised plan, which clarifies your intentions. Also on the same note the two drawings are inconsistent the site plan shows making provisions for fill to be used for the driveway where the other (WSL) site plans is showing the use of the catch basin. 2 The plan shows a tight line for the downspouts. Downspouts shall not tie in with ground water footing drains. 3 On the structural notes the listed bearing soils is for 2000 psf.. This exceeds the presumptive soil load - bearing value of the 1500 -psf. minimum requirements for a 2 -story house. 4 The plans show reference to foundation anchorage as 2" x2" x 3/16" washers. The new IRC 2003 R- 602.11.1 now require that the washers shall be W x 3" x 1/4" square washers. Should there be questions concerning the above requirements, contact the Building Division at 206.431 -3670. No further comments at this time. Z il ~ z w VY JU UO CO UJ J LL.
