The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the Building Official from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data. 6: ** *FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * ** 7: The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by the Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the following concerns: 8: Maintain fire extinguisher coverage throughout. 9: Fire extinguishers shall not be obstructed or obscured from view. In rooms or areas in which visual obstruction cannot be completely avoided, means shall be provided to indicate the locations of the extinguishers. (IFC 906.6) 10: Aisles leading to required exits shall be provided from all portions of the building and the required width of the aisles shall be unobstructed. (IFC 1013.4) 11: Exits and exit access doors shall be marked by an approved exit sign readily visible from any direction of egress travel. Access to exits shall be marked by readily visible exit signs in cases where the exit or the path of egress travel is not immediately visible to the occupants. Exit sign placement shall be such that no point in an exit access corridor is more than 100 feet (30,480 mm) or the listed viewing distance for the sign, whichever is less, from the nearest visible exit sign. REVIEWEp R CODE COMPLIANCE JUN 2 2 2005 CRY Of njkwilio 8IJ&DI s ry TON Page 1 of 1 All materals were laid out for each rack, the "L" brackets were attached to each rack (1 on all sides, total of 4 per rack), the "L" bracket was then attached to each side of the rack using the #10 Hex Head screw, the anchor holes were drilled next at 2" embedment, then anchors hammered into the holes and then the nuts were tightened down on each anchor.
